I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and am a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist and Local Trainer. I love doing body/mind psychotherapy in both individual and group settings in PEI as well as in St. John's NF. For the past 20 years I have co-led week-long residential bioenergetic retreats in the summer on the beautiful north shore of PEI. I am a certified EMDR and NLP practicioner as well as a professional mediator. I bring to my work a passionate concern for the healing of our connections with ourselves, with each other, and with Earth. | |||

Bernice Steele, MA(Ministry and Spirituality) recently completed the academic component of the training in bioenergetic analysis sponsored by the Atlantic Canada Society for Bioenergetic Analysis. In 2008 Bernice began to work with clients under supervision as a bioenergetic therapist-in-training. She leads bioenergetic exercise classes regularly. In her many years working in health care as a nurse, spiritual care provider and teacher in clinical pastoral education, wholistic care was very important to Bernice. Bioenergetics, a wholistic psychotherapy was a perfect fit for her and has led her to a deeper passion for healing self, others and Earth. |
